also known as MRCL CPAs, is a Philippine-based accounting firm that has established a strong presence in the country's accounting industry. The firm was founded by four talented and experienced professionals in 2007, namely Eugene Mateo, Elrey T. Ramos, Samuel C. Celestino and Amador N. Llona.
