Samuel C. Celestino, CPA is a Senior Partner of Mateo Ramos Celestino Llona & Co., CPAs, a public accountancy firm duly accredited by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Board of Accountancy (BOA), and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). He has extensive professional experience in the conduct and supervision of financial, operational, and management audits, including due diligence and special-purpose assurance engagements, in accordance with applicable professional standards and regulatory requirements.

He has led audit and advisory engagements for clients across various regulated industries, including manufacturing, banking, insurance, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and trading. His background in public practice, banking, and corporate management supports the firm’s compliance with statutory reporting, accreditation, and quality control requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Philippine College of Commerce (now PUP) and pursued MBA studies at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
