Arnold is a Certified Public Accountant and has more than 20 years of solid experience in the fields of audit and other assurance services, finance, tax, and accounting. He handled both external and internal financial audit services and other assurance services including tax services engagements to Philippine based clients in different industries.

His industry expertise in audit includes manufacturing companies registered with PEZA and BOI, business process outsourcing, retail and distribution, pharmaceuticals, logistics and freight forwarding, schools, hotels, real estate development, property leasing, financing and various service unit businesses. He is also exposed in the business process review, valuation audit for merger and acquisitions and agreed upon procedures for wide range of purpose.

His other endeavor includes succession planning and wealth management which involves a comprehensive strategy that uses specific legal tools, tax strategies, and family communication to preserve assets across multiple generations.

Arnold earned his degree in Accountancy from the University of San Agustin.
